We offer TURNKEY DESIGN SERVICES. At ROYALE TINGE INTERIORS we have in-house qualified team which will personally guide you from concept to completion and make your design tangible and breathable. The entire design team is mentored by our Chief Design Officer. While creating your ART every minute thing is noted right from your likings of colors, design with specific themes which can be room-based theme or entirely space based theme.

Based on the initial meeting your designer will draft a custom design presentation for your Project.

  • Concepts for design, color, style etc. of overall Project.
  • Layouts of Furniture, Custom built-in and wall / Ceiling concepts to help client envision the room
  • Preliminary suggestions for furnishing area rugs, Carpet and window treatment.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 Fabric and Furniture alternatives based on Clients Feedback

APPROVAL & PROCURMENT

  • After Making your selections from the design presentation we will compile and compose a final design proposal.
  • This will include descriptions, dimensions and pricing. Once the final approval is given and post duly signed agreement by you along with initial deposit, creation of your Space will start.

PROJECT TRACKING & UPDATE
  • Timely monitoring of each thing will be done and you will be updated on regular intervals through E-mails, Pictures and live Videos etc.

SMOOTH TRANSITION OF PROJECT
  • Our main focus is to make you feel relaxed and allow you focus on your work / business etc. and we take care of all the other installations.
  • Right from painters, to fabricators, to carpenters to kitchen installations etc. we will take care and guide them so that your space transformed in highly professional manner

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION (IF REQUIRED)
  • FLOOR PLANS: We will co-ordinate with the site Architect, Civil Engineer, Contractors etc. and generate computer aided Floor plan Design.
  • REVIEW OF PLANS: The Architectural Plans will be thoroughly reviewed to see and ensure that they have accommodate all the Interior functions you have requested.
  • ELEVATION will be checked
  • SELECTIONS: We will assist you to select the required materials like tiles, plumbing, furniture etc. as per the specifications
  • SCHEDULING: We will schedule all Contractors, Sub Contractors, Labors, Electrician, Plumbers etc.
  • CONSTRUCTION BOOK: Floor Plans will be made to guide the electrician, plumbers, the wall and Ceiling work to insure that the work goes as designed and planned for you.
  • TIMELINESS: We will assist the client with schedules and timeliness for all installations or applications.
  • SITE SUPERVISION: We will make site visitation and meet with the Contractors, Sub Contractors to enable them to visualize and make work on track.

FINAL WALKTHROUGH
  • Welcome to your new space! On completion of installations and applications we will do a final walk through to assure you that we have exceeded your expectations and you are fully satisfied.
